It can be anything from getting up at 6am every day to exercise, or cooking more meals at home instead of eating out. Whatever it is, make sure it is something that works for you and not someone else.
Next, determine what resources are needed for this goal. For example; if your goal is to get up at 6am every day for a workout, then you will need an alarm clock and some workout clothes that fit properly. If you live somewhere cold, it would also be good to have warm clothes so you won’t freeze as soon as you go outside.
