There is simply no reason to believe that eating less of something can make you lose weight faster!

You can change your body, but you gotta start with one small change at a time. That's what I tell every client who comes to me for help losing weight loss. They're all so eager to shed pounds as fast as possible, but if it were that easy, we'd all look great in a bikini.
You have to be patient and let the process happen slowly. A pound of fat equals 3,500 calories, which means creating a deficit of just 500 calories per day will result in 1 pound lost per week. This is a big deal for me because I have an unusual body type: I gain weight loss easily but lose it just as easily.
